  • - Replacement and recovery of the content of all our customers and includes all the products we offer to our store.

    - All products offered to our store are subject to a replacement and recovery policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this paper.

    - The product may be returned or replaced if the product is in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase and encapsulated with the original cover.

    - Recovery within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days of the date of purchase.

    - Please communicate with us via a page that has contacted us or through our telephone numbers in order to request retrieval or replacement.

    - Please photograph the product and send it along with the identification of the city, address and order number to be replaced by another product in case the product is corrupt, defective or not exploited as agreed.

    - The entire amount is recovered to the client in case the product delivered is completely different with the product being described on the product page of our website.

    - We are not responsible for any expectations of product use by the client that we have not mentioned on the product page of our website.

    - 30 per cent or a value not less than 25 dirhams shall be deducted if the client does not want the product, has no defect or any significant problem.
